  1. General Terms
  2. All items sold on this platform are vintage, authenticated collectibles, and resale items. All sales are final. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Authentication & Condition

All items are authenticated before shipment. We provide detailed photos and condition descriptions. Minor wear consistent with age is normal for vintage items.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship within 2-5 business days to eligible addresses within the United States. Tracking is provided for all orders.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos for resolution.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this store, including photographs and descriptions, is the property of PremeFTP and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

 

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to: (a) use automated tools to scrape our inventory, (b) resell items purchased from us within 30 days, (c) engage in fraudulent activity, (d) harass our staff or other users.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

PremeFTP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects, delivery failures, or third-party claims.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. Both parties waive the right to jury trial.

 

9. Payment & Chargebacks

We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Chargebacks filed without attempting resolution will result in account suspension and legal action.

 

10. Account Termination

PremeFTP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or violate applicable laws.

 

11. Modifications

These Terms of Service may be modified at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
